ORGANIZATIONAL AND MANAGEMENT MODEL – CODE OF ETHICS

Fondazione Housing Sociale has adopted an Organizational and Management Model (hereinafter also “Organizational Model”) to prevent the commission of acts deemed unlawful under legislative Decree 231/2001; the Organizational Model includes the Code of Ethics, which is an expression of the values that guide the institutional activity of the Foundation.

Fondazione Housing Sociale has entrusted a Supervisory Body with the task of monitoring compliance with the provisions of the Organizational Model, of verifying the actual effectiveness of these provisions, and of assessing the need for eventual modifications or updates.

Any act, fact or conduct that leads to the suspicion that an offense under legislative Decree 231/2001 has been committed, or that is found to be contrary to the provisions of the Organizational Model or the Code of Ethics, may be reported to the Supervisory Body, in accordance with the procedures laid down in the Whistleblowing Procedure.

All entities, individuals, or legal entities who have entered into or who intend to enter into any relationship with Fondazione Housing Sociale are required to familiarize themselves with the General Section of the Organizational Model and the Code of Ethics, and to comply with the principles and regulations therein.

WHISTLEBLOWING PROCEDURE

Fondazione Housing Sociale has adopted a procedure to regulate the process of the lodging, management and retention of whistleblowing reports, relating to:

  • the commission of unlawful acts and irregularities
  • violations of the Foundation’s Organizational, Management and Control Model and/or its Code of Ethics.
